Before we can entertain any business, however, we need to receive a few items from you:

The Brokerage Agreement, completed and signed.  If you have any questions about the Agreement, please contact Phil Lieberman at Extension 217.

A copy of your agency’s resident state license;

Evidence of your agency’s current Professional Liability coverage (either a certificate of insurance or a copy of your declarations page). 

We’re excited about the prospect of developing a productive relationship with you, so please let me know personally if, for any reason, you do not receive the kind of outstanding service we have promised.
